To me, “going the extra mile” means delivering exceptional results and surpassing expectations. I believe that by paying attention to the finer details, I can make a noticeable difference in the thinking and discussions that take place. This not only bridges gaps between departments but also contributes to making more informed decisions.
What’s a challenge you’ve faced recently, and how did you overcome it?
Recently, I faced a challenge in understanding some technical knowledge. However, the team at Mayerton has been incredibly helpful. Everyone is always open to answering my questions and providing guidance, which made overcoming the challenge much easier.
What do you enjoy most about being part of the Mayerton team?
What I enjoy most about being part of the Mayerton team is the collaborative atmosphere and the opportunity to work alongside such knowledgeable and supportive colleagues. The team is always ready to share insights and work together to solve problems, which fosters a great sense of camaraderie and mutual respect.
How do you approach keeping up with industry changes and improving your skills?
I make it a priority to stay up to date by regularly reading industry publications and catching up with our colleagues in China. Additionally, I often seek feedback from my supervisor to identify areas for improvement, and I actively engage in hands-on learning to apply new knowledge to my role.

The value that resonates most with me is Mayerton’s focus on continuous improvement and innovation. This culture of growth encourages me to take on challenges with a mindset of problem-solving and learning. It inspires me to always strive for better solutions and to embrace change as an opportunity to develop my skills further.
What advice would you give to others who want to make a difference in their roles? How do you think your efforts make a difference to our customers or team?
My advice would be to always focus on understanding the bigger picture and how your work impacts others. By being proactive and finding ways to improve processes or communication, you can make a meaningful difference. I believe my attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond helps create a smoother workflow, benefiting both the team and our customers.

I bring strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a problem-solving mindset to the team. These qualities allow me to collaborate effectively, ensure accuracy in my work, and find creative solutions to challenges. I also focus on building strong relationships within the team in Europe and China to foster a supportive and productive environment.
What’s a memorable piece of advice or experience that shaped how you approach your work?
A memorable piece of advice I received was to always ask questions and never assume. This has shaped my approach to work by encouraging me to dig deeper, seek clarification when needed, and make more informed decisions. It’s helped me build confidence in my work and avoid mistakes that could have been avoided through clearer understanding.
