Continuous improvement, looking to make small changes that over time compound into a major impact.

What do you enjoy most about being part of the Mayerton team?

The Mayerton team has a strong family feel to it you don’t feel you are just a number you are valued.

How do you approach keeping up with industry changes and improving your skills?

Maintain regular contact with colleagues not just in the office but from further afield.

What advice would you give to others who want to make a difference in their roles? How do you think your efforts make a difference to our customers or team?

To not be afraid to make the difference. Mayerton is always open to ideas from people who want to make a difference. In terms of myself I’m always willing to listen as the difference may seem minor but could make a huge difference to someone else.

What skills or qualities do you bring that you feel enhance our team’s performance?

A willingness to help others especially with our ERP system. 

What’s a memorable piece of advice or experience that shaped how you approach your work?

That everyone makes mistakes and not be afraid to make them and then learn from the mistake and move on. 

What part of your role do you look forward to each day?

Setting tasks and targets for the day and then the satisfaction of achieving them.

What’s the best part of your day, and why?

The start of the working day as ready for the challenges ahead for the day.
