“Going the extra mile means taking initiative, paying attention to detail, and always striving for excellence. I’m motivated by the impact my work has on the team and customers knowing that my efforts contribute to smooth operations and overall success keeps me pushing forward.” 

 

What do you enjoy most about being part of the Mayerton team? 

I thoroughly enjoy working with the logistics team at Mayerton. We collaborate closely, and the strong sense of teamwork is evident in everything we do. It’s a supportive environment where everyone is valued and appreciated. Being part of a team that works together seamlessly and recognises each other’s contributions makes my role even more rewarding. 

 

How do you approach keeping up with industry changes and improving your skills? 

“I stay up to date by continuously learning—whether through industry news, training, or collaborating with colleagues. Logistics is always evolving, so adapting to new technologies and best practices helps me stay ahead and contribute effectively to the team. 

 

What part of your role do you look forward to each day? 

I look forward to the challenges we face within the logistics team each day. Overcoming obstacles keeps me motivated and encourages me to improve in my role. The dynamic nature of the job ensures there’s always something new to learn and achieve. 

 

What’s the best part of your day, and why? 

The best part of my day is that no two days are ever the same. Each day brings new challenges, opportunities, and experiences that keep the job exciting and engaging. There’s always something new to learn, whether it’s solving a complex problem, improving a process, or collaborating with colleagues. This constant growth and variety keep me motivated and push me to develop my skills further.
