What does “going the extra heat” mean to you and what motivates you to go the extra heat in your role?
To me, “going the extra heat” means delivering beyond expectations. I enjoy being proactive and solving problems creatively. It is really motivating to find solutions that deliver results for our customers and then to see the outcomes and the positive impact they can make. It is satisfying for me knowing that my efforts are making a real difference and contributing to the success of Mayerton.
What do you enjoy most about being part of the Mayerton team?
I enjoy working alongside like-minded professionals who share the same commitment to innovation and excellence. It’s great to see the collaborative team spirit in Mayerton, and the mutual support that we have for each other makes even the most demanding projects fun and rewarding.

Staying ahead to me means being curious and proactive. I regularly engage in industry forums and attend webinars; additionally, I value learning from colleagues and mentors within Mayerton and applying the knowledge in my day-to-day activities.

My leadership style focuses on being empathetic and approachable. Listening to my team whilst encouraging them to think outside the box, understanding that there is always a solution. I am very focused on results, achieving objectives, and appreciate that my success is the collective achievement of my team. Creating an environment that nurtures creativity and strategic thinking helps us to anticipate challenges and develop effective solutions, so we consistently deliver value to our customers and stakeholders.
