What does “going the extra heat (mile)” mean to you, and what motivates you to go the extra heat in your role?
To me, going the extra heat means consistently striving to improve in my role and providing help and support to others in the company. What motivates me is the drive to keep learning and continuously improving.
What do you enjoy most about being part of the Mayerton team?
I enjoy the strong sense of teamwork and the willingness of everyone to support each other.
How do you approach keeping up with industry changes and improving your skills?
I’m currently studying for my CIMA qualification, which helps me to keep improving and learning the skills needed for my role as a trainee management accountant.

Be open to learning and willing to take on advice and knowledge from others. I believe my efforts contribute by helping the team improve and provide valuable support.

I’m quick to learn and adapt to new tasks, which helps the team refine and improve our current methods.
